After clicking save in any module receive a message 'The software has not been activated (Click Activate Software - Welcome Page). You cannot save changes without first activating the software.'
Open the Welcome page and note that Software Activated & the school Software Maintenance Details appears correctly.
Resolution
The date format is not set to English (Australia) and is most likely set to English (United States)
To resolve make the changes listed below:
1. Go to the Start Menu > Control Panel > Clock, Language and Region. Select Region and ensure the Format is set to English (Australia). Check the Short date format is set to dd/MM/yyyy.
2. Close and reopen Timetabling Solutions V9 for the changes to be applied.
