Timetabling Solutions provides consultation services at your school or our office on any timetabling matter.
The most popular service is the construction of a clash-free timetable. Bookings are essential, with dates between July - December being heavily booked one year in advance.
How long do we take:
On average, we construct timetables at the rate of 1 day plus 1 day per 200 students ie 800 students completed in 5 days, 9 am to 4 pm. If grid lines need to be created, allow 1 day per year level.
Timetables that are constructed on or below average are those with the raw (accurate) data in electronic format or already entered in our software and the person we are working with has a very good understanding of the priorities of the school and the requirements, particularly staffing and curriculum. The person making decisions during the construction has the authority to make them and when they return to school, the decisions are not overturned.
Timetables that go beyond the average typically have data that is inconsistent data and codes ie subject code, and class code formats need editing, staff loads are not well known, curriculum delivery is not well known ie which classes can have doubles and decisions made during the consultation get reversed during the day.
How do we work:
We work as directed, allowing you to do as much work before, during or after the consultation as you wish. We only charge for the time used, not the time we forecast or allocate on your confirmation.
You can stop the consultation at any time. We only charge for the days used, not the days we may have provided in an estimate or charged a deposit for.
Consultations conducted in our office are preferred due to the controlled environment with fewer distractions than a school.
