Timetabling Solutions Version 9 requires a valid connection to integrate with our CRM Salesforce. Below are some scenarios that may be preventing this connection.
No Internet Connection
You do not have Internet available therefore, a connection cannot be established.
Proxy Server (including Victorian Government Schools)
If your school uses a proxy server, a by-pass for each url will be required.

If still blocked after bypassing the above please attempt the workaround.
Workaround:
1. Ensure V9 is closed and sign into https://timetabling.education
2. From the V9 Product Page, click Download Licence File, open the zip file, click Extract All
3. Open the Licence folder and double-click the V9Licence.exe
*note you will need admin permissions to successfully run this file
4. Click OK on the confirmation message that your licence has now been updated
5. Open V9, which will now show as Activated
(Type 'V9' in the search field of your taskbar to locate)
