Currently, Synergetic reads:
- V9: sof9, tdf9 and dof9 files
- V10: sfx, tfx files
- V9: sof9, tdf9 and dof9 files
- V10: sfx, tfx files
If using the Web Daily Organiser, go to the home page, click Export, V9 Daily Organiser (*.dof9) and OK.
The system may take up to 10 minutes to create the files. Once complete, it will send the user who requested the export an email with a link to download. If the user has since exited the application, they must sign in again.
Clicking the link will create a zipped file in the downloads folder specified in your browser. Extract this file to the location that Synergetic expects.
Administrators can also access the created exported files via the Management Portal, Task 12 Export Bundles.

Note: Schools may also choose to use the third-party DO Export application provided by Conexet (https://www.conexet.com.au) that has a product called 'DO Export' that automatically converts Web Daily Organiser data into structured formats for downstream systems, reporting and administrative workflows. Supported output formats include: V9 Daily Organiser (*.dof9 and *.ptf9), CSV files and V8.1 General Access (*.txt). Please contact Conexet (https://www.conexet.com.au) for further information.
