Daymap has two options for reading Daily Organiser data.
1. LISS Integration
1. Obtain the authentication details from Loop Software (Daymap)
2. Open the Management Portal on https://timetabling.education
3. Go to [6] Integrations, from the top menu click Add, select LISS Provider
4. Enter your details supplied to you by Loop Software and click Save
Note: on the Management Portal [4] Daily Organiser, select the Daily Organiser file that you want published, from the top menu click File|Mark Published. This will place a world symbol indicating this is the Daily Organiser being published
5. Open the Daily Organiser app, open your file, select the day & date
6. On the Welcome Page, ensure "Publish Daily Organiser..." is set to "On" this will publish your data based on the schedule you set on the Integration page. Click "Sync" to publish the data immediately
Note: the data transfer is not instant, it may take several hours to complete

2. Alternatively, if you do not configure LISS you can export a *dof9 file for DayMap to read
On the Web Daily Organiser home page, click Export, V9 Daily Organiser and OK.
This will create a zipped file in the downloads folder specified in your browser. It will include the dof9 file and the ptf9 file being read by the dof9 file. Extract this file to the location that Daymap expects.
