When Timetabling Solutions desktop software cannot read the registry of the machine it will use the default date of 31/12/1899.
Your internal IT will need to change your permissions to enable you to read/write to the registry.
If your school uses a proxy Server you will also need to create a by-pass for some new URLs listed below that Version 9 now uses in preparation for publishing timetables to Web Daily Organiser.
