Assistance is available by phone or tutorial on any timetabling matter.  


Clients can provide their data so that our fully trained and accredited consultants can quickly identify the area of need and assist you in using the functions of Timetabling Solutions software while under instruction. Our consultants are experienced in every possible curriculum/constraint requirement.

Support Time is available in the following blocks;


- 5 hour block of tutorial time for AUD999 + GST (purchase here)

- 1 hour block of tutorial time for AUD240 + GST (purchase here)


* no expiry date
** usage notifications are sent at 50% and 75% with an option to renew the block of time
*** maximum call time is 60 minutes per day

Technical support calls/emails such as installation and bug fixes will not be deducted from your block of time as they are covered by your Software Maintenance Agreement.

Only calls relating to How To Use the software and timetabling/curriculum support are charged.


We believe this is a fairer system for our clients than paying a yearly fee or increasing the Software Maintenance fee when you may not necessarily use this particular service.


Phone and tutorial services are not used for constructing timetables that require dedicated time to fully understand the priorities and constraints of the school.


Any data supplied for support is stored securely for a period of 30 days and then permanently erased.  Clients may request the data be erased at any time. 


All prices are in Australian dollars and can be converted to your currency at the time of invoicing.  Schools outside of Australia do not pay GST.
