Schools who have not paid their subscription invoice will be unable to log on to our web applications.

The data will remain on our servers for a period of 90 days during which time Timetabling Solutions will attempt to contact the school, offering to supply a download of the data returning via email and then erasing from our system.

If no contact has been able to be made after 90 days, the data will be erased from our system, unable to be restored.

A subscription that has lapsed and then paid during the 90 day period will have access restored with no impact on the data, with the original subscription renewal date preserved.

A subscription that has lapsed and then paid after the 90 day period will have access as if they are a new client, commencing a new 12 month period.
