Items to check and rectify:
1. Make sure all classes have a room assigned
2. Make sure period codes are not the same as your room codes
Note: Version 9 uses the LISS Data Manager which doesn't have the requirement of having a room for every class
Compass and V8.1 - when some classes aren't imported by Compass Print
