Timetabling Solutions engages the following contractors on a permanent full-time basis and are bound by a contract that holds them accountable for any breach of information or misconduct affected or induced by them.
AREAS UNDER CONTRACT:
Data Privacy: Contractors are bound to adhere to strict data privacy regulations and guidelines, ensuring the security and confidentiality of your data.
Intellectual Property Rights (IPR): All copyrights, work rights, and intellectual property rights for work undertaken are owned exclusively by Timetabling Solutions, offering you peace of mind regarding the ownership of any solutions or services provided.
Software Use: Contractors are subject to guidelines concerning the use of our software to prevent any misuse or unauthorised access.
CONTRACTOR LOCATIONS AND ACCESS:
Timetable Support Services (Singapore): One contractor is dedicated to providing timetable support services, based in Singapore. The client controls access to client data through the "Permit Support" control.
Software Development Services (Australia): Three contractors based in Australia are responsible for providing software development services for our desktop software.
Compliance: This policy is mandatory for all external developers engaged in our organisation's software development and bug-fixing activities. Failure to comply with this policy may result in contract termination and may lead to legal action if necessary.
