Timetabling Solutions engages the following contractors on a permanent full-time basis and are bound by a contract that holds them accountable for any breach of information or misconduct affected or induced by them.

AREAS UNDER CONTRACT:
Data Privacy: Contractors are bound to adhere to strict data privacy regulations and guidelines, ensuring the security and confidentiality of your data.


Intellectual Property Rights (IPR): All copyrights, work rights, and intellectual property rights for work undertaken are owned exclusively by Timetabling Solutions, offering you peace of mind regarding the ownership of any solutions or services provided.

Software Use: Contractors are subject to guidelines concerning the use of our software to prevent any misuse or unauthorised access.

CONTRACTOR LOCATIONS AND ACCESS:
Timetable Support Services (Australia): One contractor is dedicated to providing timetable support services, based in Australia.


Software Development Services (Australia): Three contractors are located in Australia and are responsible for software development services on our desktop software.

Limited Access to Infrastructure and Database for External Developers

Software Development Services (India): Two contractors based in India provide software development services on our test environment. They have no access to client data or our production site.

  1. Access Restriction:
    • External developers based in India will not have direct access to the underlying infrastructure and database of our system.
    • Access to sensitive resources such as servers, databases, and networking components will be limited to authorised personnel only.
  2. Role Limitation:
    • The role of external developers is strictly limited to software development and bug-fixing tasks.
    • They are not authorised to perform any actions that require access to the underlying infrastructure or database.
  3. Development Workflow:
    • External developers will develop and test their code in our organisation's sandbox or development environment.
    • Once their work is completed, our local development team based in Australia will review and validate it.
  4. Code Integration:
    • After review and validation, our local development team will incorporate the code changes made by external developers into the larger solution.
    • This ensures that all changes undergo thorough scrutiny and adhere to our organisation's standards and best practices.
  5. Security Measures:
    • To maintain data security and confidentiality, all communication and collaboration between external developers and our local development team will be conducted through secure channels.
    • External developers are bound by a contract that holds them accountable for any breach of information or misconduct affected or induced by them to ensure the protection of sensitive information.

Compliance: This policy is mandatory for all external developers engaged in our organisation's software development and bug-fixing activities. Failure to comply with this policy may result in contract termination and legal action if necessary.
