Timetabling Solutions is an Australian software company. Our cloud services are hosted using Microsoft Azure cloud services within Microsoft Australian regions.

Some customers, including those located in the European Union (EU) and the United Kingdom (UK), may have obligations relating to the international transfer of personal information under applicable privacy legislation, including the EU General Data Protection Regulation (EU GDPR) and the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR).

Timetabling Solutions supports customers in meeting these obligations through appropriate contractual, organisational and technical measures.

Data Processing

Where Timetabling Solutions processes personal information on behalf of a customer, we do so only to provide the contracted services and in accordance with the customer's documented instructions.

Customers remain responsible for determining the lawful basis for processing personal information and for ensuring they comply with their own legal and regulatory obligations.

Data Processing Addendum

Customers requiring contractual commitments relating to international data transfers or GDPR obligations may request execution of the Timetabling Solutions Data Processing Addendum (DPA).

The DPA forms part of our contractual framework and sets out the responsibilities of both parties for the processing and protection of personal information.

Information Security

Timetabling Solutions has established an Information Security Management System (ISMS) to protect customer information, company information and business operations.

Our ISMS incorporates governance practices aligned with recognised information security standards, including relevant principles of ISO/IEC 27001:2022, where appropriate to the organisation's size, operations and risk profile.

Desktop Software

For customers using our desktop software, timetable data is stored and managed by the customer within their own environment.

Most support requests can be resolved without customers providing their data files to Timetabling Solutions.

Where customers choose to provide data files for support purposes, the software includes a de-identify function that removes or obscures personal information, including names and email addresses, to assist in protecting privacy.

Cloud Services

Timetabling Solutions' cloud services are hosted within Microsoft Azure Australian regions.

Customers requiring additional control over where their data is stored may configure their own Microsoft Azure Storage Account using the Custom Azure Storage feature available through the Management Portal, where supported by the relevant product.
