Timetabling Solutions' standard cloud environment is hosted using Microsoft Azure cloud services within Microsoft Australian regions.

At present, Timetabling Solutions does not offer a standard cloud hosting option within the European Union.

Customers should be aware that personal information processed through our cloud services will ordinarily be stored and processed in Australia.

International Data Transfers

Many customers, including those in the European Union (EU) and the United Kingdom (UK), have obligations regarding the international transfer of personal information.

Timetabling Solutions supports customers in meeting these obligations through appropriate contractual, organisational and technical measures, including our Data Processing Addendum (DPA) where applicable.

Customers remain responsible for determining the lawful basis for processing personal information and for meeting their own legal and regulatory obligations.

Desktop Software

For customers using the Timetabling Solutions desktop software, timetable data remains within the customer's own environment.

Support can generally be provided without customers having to supply their data files. Where customers choose to provide data for support purposes, the software includes a built-in de-identify function that removes or obscures personal information, including names and email addresses.

Custom Azure Storage

Many Timetabling Solutions cloud applications support Custom Azure Storage, allowing customers to configure their own Microsoft Azure Storage Account.

When enabled:

  • Customer data files are stored within the customer's own Azure Storage Account.
  • Log archives and export files are also stored within the customer's Azure Storage Account.
  • The feature is configured by the customer through the Timetabling Solutions Management Portal.
  • There is no difference to the user experience once Custom Azure Storage has been configured.

Custom Azure Storage provides customers with additional control over the storage and management of their data while continuing to use Timetabling Solutions cloud services.
