Timetabling Solutions has no short term plans to store data in the EU, and this isn’t required under GDPR.

Instead, GDPR requires companies to implement appropriate safeguards when they export personal data out of the EU.

For our desktop application, the data files you create are stored by you. Support is available without sharing those data files with us, however, we do have a de-identify data function to send to support if you wish. The de-identify function scrambles the names and removes the email addresses.

For our cloud applications, for those that prefer data not be stored in Microsoft Azure/South East Australian Data Centre, you can configure your own Custom Azure Storage, in our Management Portal.  Once set, no visible changes appear in the user interface, but all the data is stored in your Azure storage account.

Timetabling Solutions makes sure that it complies with EU data export restrictions when it exports data outside of the EU.
