Timetabling Solutions uses Microsoft Azure to host its cloud services. Microsoft Azure is a leading enterprise cloud platform that provides secure, resilient and highly available infrastructure for business applications.

Our standard cloud environment is hosted within Microsoft Azure Australian regions, and customer data is stored and processed in Australia.

Custom Azure Storage

Many Timetabling Solutions cloud applications support Custom Azure Storage, allowing schools to configure their own Microsoft Azure Storage Account for data storage.

When Custom Azure Storage is enabled:

  • Customer data files are stored within the school's own Azure Storage Account.
  • Log archives and export files are also stored within the customer's Azure Storage Account.
  • The feature is configured by the school through the Timetabling Solutions Management Portal.
  • There is no difference to the user experience once Custom Azure Storage has been configured.

Custom Azure Storage provides customers with additional control over the storage and management of their data while continuing to use Timetabling Solutions cloud services.

Desktop Software

For customers using the Timetabling Solutions desktop software, timetable data is stored and managed in their own environment.

Timetabling Solutions does not require customers to upload their data files in order to use the software. Where support assistance requires access to a customer's data, customers may use the built-in de-identify function to remove or obscure personal information before providing the data to our Support Team.

Information Security

Timetabling Solutions protects customer information using administrative, technical and physical security controls appropriate to the services provided and the risks being managed.

Our Information Security Management System (ISMS) incorporates governance practices aligned with recognised information security standards, including relevant principles of ISO/IEC 27001:2022, where appropriate to the organisation's size, operations and risk profile.
