iSAMS requires the data to be in the old Excel format, you will need to open the export file/s and "Save As" xls format. (note: iSAMS does not support xlsx)
All columns need to be set to ‘Text’ to preserve any leading zeros in fields. The Student ID field in iSAMS often leads with a zero.
