Accessibility item, users should be able to use the software with a keyboard.
Ctrl + F1 would make it easy for the left hand to access, on pages that have a Select Panel, it would make the focus on the first item, then arrow keys can be used to navigate up/down the list.
Pressing Ctrl + F1 again would return the user to the Welcome page and then to the module tabs.
On pages that do not have a Select Panel, pressing Ctrl + F1 would return the user to the Welcome page and then to the module tabs.
