When entering a gender for students, add "Non-binary" as an option. Then gender based options can be assigned to "All", "Female", "Female & Non-binary", "Male", "Male & Non-binary" or "Non-binary". Where there are gender based totals in displays or reports, these should be separated into these three categories (Female, Male, Non-binary) as well as "Not Specified".
