TT - Minimum length for class codes to be a character plus the default suffix

When a new class code is created, the minimum number of characters needs to allow for there to be a subject code and a suffix so that all the fields are populated on [7D] Class Names. If a class code is added that does not have enough characters, an information message should appear and prevent it from being created.
