TT - Make faculty an editable field on the Class Names screen

On [7D] Class Names, make the faculty field editable by adding a drop down list for selection from the faculties that were entered on [3A] Faculty Names. There should be a blank entry at the top so it is possible to take a class out of a faculty as well.
