TT - Remove the Clashes (H) and Clashes (V) buttons from the allocation screens

On [12A] Blocked Roll Class Allocations and [13A] Roll Class Allocations, remove the buttons to show the clashes for a horizontal row (H) and for a vertical column (V). The information can now be easily generated for each cell and is not helpful to also have it available in the old format.
