SO – Remove version 8 check from [10] Check Information

In Version 8 it was possible to create an issue where the number of lines in tallies is more than the number of classes. The data could then be converted to V9 so a check was included for this. As it is not possible to create this issue in V9 then convert to V10 this check is no longer required and can be removed.
