SO – Line joins and line restrictions combined into one task

Rather than having [9D] Line Joins and [9E] Line Restrictions as two separate tasks, it would be preferable to combine them into one task with a matrix of lines and options where a join or restriction could be added at any intersection. The joins and restrictions should be able to be edited directly in the matrix as well as being added in bulk.
