Use the Parent/Caregiver Confirmation email template to remind parents and caregivers who have not yet confirmed a student's subject preferences.

Send the reminder

  1. Open Task 3 – Students.
  2. From the top menu, click Email.
  3. Click Students Selected: x of x.
  4. Click Filter.
  5. Select the Submission Status tab.
  6. Move Parent/Caregiver confirmation pending into the Selected column.
  7. Remove any other items from the Selected column.
  8. Click Apply.
  9. A list of students matching the filter is displayed in the Selected column. Click Apply again.
  10. From the Templates drop-down list, select Parent/Caregiver Confirmation.
  11. Edit the email subject and body if required.
  12. Click Send.

Tip: Once a student's preferences have been approved, they are automatically removed from the Parent/Caregiver confirmation pending list on task 9 Confirmations.
