Use the Parent/Caregiver Confirmation email template to remind parents and caregivers who have not yet confirmed a student's subject preferences.
Send the reminder
- Open Task 3 – Students.
- From the top menu, click Email.
- Click Students Selected: x of x.
- Click Filter.
- Select the Submission Status tab.
- Move Parent/Caregiver confirmation pending into the Selected column.
- Remove any other items from the Selected column.
- Click Apply.
- A list of students matching the filter is displayed in the Selected column. Click Apply again.
- From the Templates drop-down list, select Parent/Caregiver Confirmation.
- Edit the email subject and body if required.
- Click Send.
Tip: Once a student's preferences have been approved, they are automatically removed from the Parent/Caregiver confirmation pending list on task 9 Confirmations.
