Staff Access Portal
- Included with your web Daily Organiser subscription, and reads the web Daily Organiser data
- For users who need access to all timetables and class lists, please view the Daily Reports app: https://www.timetabling.com.au/dailyreports
- Global Administrators configure what is displayed via the Management Portal | Configuration | Settings | Access Portals
- Task [1] Users, add users with their teacher code and assign the role of 'Teacher'
- If you have not set up campus on [2A], go to [6A] Organisers and mark the Daily Organiser file as "Published." If you have, you don't need to do this step.
- Task [1] Users, select the users (who have yet to be given an account) and click "Activations". This will send them an email for them to sign in.

The Global Administrator can configure the following settings;
- Configure when replacements are displayed
- Configure if the Bulletin will be available in the Staff Portal
- Configure if students can view classmates
