STEP 1:  Candidates must be "Approved" by the manager.  Go to the Candidates page, check the Public Statement is suitable for public viewing and tick "Approved".  Once approved the Candidate will no longer be able to login and make changes to their public statement


STEP 2:  Candidates must be added as an Election Category Candidate to appear on the Voting Portal - Ballot Form.  Go to Election Categories, Election Category Candidates and move the available Candidates to the Selected column.
