STEP 1: Go to Schedule Tasks
STEP 2: Click New Scheduled Task
STEP 3: Enter a name and description eg Year 10 Student Reminder Email and click Save
STEP 4: Click the Occurrence tab and enter the details of when and how often you would like it sent
STEP 5: Click the Actions tab, click Add Action, click Type and select Mass Email from the drop down.
STEP 6: Click Email Template and select Students without Preferences (alternatively go to the Mass Email page and create your own reminder template and it will appear in this list)
STEP 7: Click Filter Students, select Student Submissions and select "Yet to Submit" and click OK and Save
Reminder emails will now be sent to any student that is yet to submit for the date range and frequency that you set.
