When 'Maintain Preference Number Order' is disabled in student group details each preference group is numbered individually. Eg pref group 1 has 4 boxes numbered 1 to 4 & pref group 2 has 4 boxes numbered 1 to 4. In the student portal this is reflected correctly on the preference selection screen however, after the submission has been submitted this numbering does not hold and instead the preferences are numbered 1 to 8. This is inconsistent.
