Ability to adjust the minimum & maximum units/subjects for an individual student

At present its not possible to adjust a students minimum units/subjects to a lower count than the minimum set for the student group/study stream. Would like the ability to adjust the min & max unit/subject count for an individual student that overrides the group setting.
Would also like manager override to allow a submission for a student that ignores the min & max for the group.
